A group for anyone caring for kids between 1-10 years old. A chance to talk with others over coffee, tea and food.
The programme equips mums, dads and carers with the tools (confidence, competence and community) they need to build strong relationships and strong families, and reduce the impact of poverty on their children.
During the 4 weeks, the following will be covered:
- Impact of positive words
- How to listen well
- Benefits of routines
- Understanding children’s behaviour
- Looking after yourself

On: Wednesdays 30.04, 07.05, 14.05 and 21.05.25
Time: 12.30 to 2.30pm (lunch & refreshments served)
